Every dog deserves to feel safe, understood, and capable — not controlled or suppressed.

My approach is built on teaching both dogs and owners in a way that reduces fear, builds real confidence, and creates lasting change through clear, fair guidance. Before I became a trainer, I simply loved dogs and wanted to help them — that journey shaped everything I believe today.

My Journey into Modern Dog Training

I grew up with Rottweilers and, like many people, I used to believe that dominance-based training was the best way to handle behavioural issues. Over time, I learned that many of those methods can actually increase fear, frustration, and insecurity in dogs—causing more harm than good.

That realisation pushed me to study modern, science-backed approaches that focus on communication, confidence building, and trust. I’ve worked with reactive, anxious, fearful, and aggressive dogs, and I tailor every session to suit the individual dog and household—there’s no one-size-fits-all fix.

How I Work With You and Your Dog 

Dogs don’t misbehave for no reason. I help owners understand the “why” behind their dog’s behaviour and show them how small, purposeful changes can make a big difference. I’m here to offer calm, practical support—not judgment—and to help you feel more confident while your dog feels more secure.

I also offer enrichment walks and drop-in visits exclusively for my training clients to help reinforce structure, reduce stress, and support day-to-day progress.
